Speaker: Paolo Guerrieri (Senior Fellow, Luiss Institute for European Analysis and Policy) will speak about the issue of European Open Strategic Autonomy and the trade-offs Europe has to face to enhance its competitiveness in a world of increasing geopolitical rivalry.
Discussant: Valentina Meliciani (Director of Luiss Institute for European Analysis and Policy) will offer some views on the relationship between OSA and the possible reorganization of European value chains.
