Transnational Corporations in Europe

The aim of the course was to offer a conceptual framework and some analytical tools to investigate the role of transnational corporations and the integration of European markets. The course provided both a description and analysis of the functioning of the European single market and the interrelated strategies of transnational corporations.
On completion of the course, the student are expected to be able to assess all potentialities of the single market and analyse the main trends of multinational European firms facing the challenge of the new global economy.
